Objectives of the training
During this training, participants will acquire the necessary knowledge to play the Product Owner and Product Manager roles in a Lean-based company. Therefore, This course will help prepare for the SAFe POPM certification exam (6.0).
Targeted audience
Program or project manager – Business analyst – Agile coach – Product manager – Software developer
Prerequisite
Experience working in a SAFe environment is not required. Experience in Lean, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus to get the most out of this training.
Course Architecture
- Understand the role of POPMs and ensure the connection between the SAFe Lean-Agile principles and values.
- Apply the Lean Thinking methodology to break down their needs (including the epics, features and stories).
- Refine the program and team backlogs.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure work estimation and forecasting.
- Plan and execute program iterations and increments.
